Is a Sedona Home worth more in the Village of Oak Creek or West Sedona?

Many people want to know when then buy Sedona Real Estate what the price differential is between West Sedona and the Chapel Area and the Village of Oak Creek (which is located about 20 minutes south of Uptown.  Historically, Sedona Homes for Sale (in West Sedona) are usually 5-10% higher than the Village of Oak Creek.
