Should A Sedona Home Buyer purchase a home for sale in Sedona through the listing agent?  In that case, 1 agent represents BOTH clients.  Many times this is a sticky wicket for the agent as he is juggling two clients and really can't represent their best interests in regards to pricing, negotiation strategies etc. So when you are looking at Sedona Real Estate and your buyer's agent shows you property either listed with them or through their agency, really discuss "Dual Agency" with them and really understand what you are getting yourself into.  For all your Sedona Real Estate needs, text, email, or give a shout to 928-301-0669!  Happy House Hunting!
