And we are finally seeing some life in that sector with the return of high-end buyer's in search of luxury homes as well as lots. Believe it or not, in my earlier real estate career I actually wrote an offer on a Sedona AZ Home for sale on Christmas Day. I have never done that again and never will ( my phone will be on vibrate on Christmas but will be on), but the holidays can be a great time to buy in Sedona. Many people are visiting Sedona over the holidays and I have had many buyer's visit during the Christmas week with the intention of buying a Sedona AZ Home. So seller's keep the home fires burning, make the place look good - for you never know - the old bearded one (Santa) could bring you a buyer to your front door.

The median recorded selling price of vacant residential land is now on par with 2001 pricing.
