Buyer Beware when shopping for a Sedona Home for Sale

You've been searching for a Sedona Home online, you have driven by interesting properties in your car, and found A Sedona Home that looks perfect.  What do you do next?   Contact the agent featured on the yard sign and the online listing?  While that may sound like the most logical thing to do - I would have to say BUYER BEWARE.  Yes, the listing agent knows the property the best- but realize that the listing agent is working in the SELLERS best interest, not the buyer's best interest.  The selling agents job is to represent seller's in property transactions, marketing properties to poteniall buyers and helping sellers as much as possible.  Does that sound like someone who should represent - you the Buyer when you are making a Sedona Real Estate Purchase?  Always hire an Accredited Buyer's Representative, someone who has that credential like myself in representing you - who has your back, your best interests at hand and will give  you their loyalty, confidentiality, and  fiduciary duty!  If you would like to talk to me directly about buying A Sedona Home call or text me at 928-301-0669, or email me here!
