1) Review our Local Laws and Your Tenancy Agreement. the AZ tenant Act states that a landlord must give a tenant a 48 hour notice to show.
2) Communicate with the Tenants. Even though the AZ Tenant Act states that a 48 hour notice is required - many times a tenant will allow a few hours or 24 hours. ......and remember the 3rd point!
3) Incentives can sway a Tenant. So perhaps you cut them a deal on the rent while it is being listed, perhaps you pay for their closing costs - there are all sorts of ways to make an unruly tenant a Happy Tenant!
