The Sedona Real Estate Market was ticking along at a pretty good clip - before Interest Rates started to inch up in the 3rd Quarter of 2013. Because of that - the Sedona Real Estate Market has shown an increase of prices of roughly 5% for the year. Interest rates aren't going to go lower and Sedona Homes for sale will inch up in 2014. Prices are still good in Sedona and I don't foresee them skyrocketing in 2014 but inching up slowly.
