Well the Sedona Real Estate Market Continues its slow rise. The Median Home sold in Sedona (year to date pricing) stands at $434,000, with 342 single family homes SOLD. That number doesn't include Sedona Condos or Sedona Townhomes that have sold. That is a 2% rise in home pricings (which I consider to be a healthy rise) above 2014. Bargains are still available in the Sedona Vacant Land for sale - as that has dropped by 8% from this same time last year.
