While the tide is a changin...according to Chris Dolan, president of Casa Natural Construction, building costs have fallen as much as 15%. And what used to cost $300.00 a square foot can now be built for $255.00 a square foot. That is quite a savings. And more modest homes can be built with the latest in "green technology" for $153.00 a square foot. This is all good news for vacant land buyer's who bought at the high end of the Sedona AZ Home market and in the past couldn't afford to build and it is good news for the buyer who isn't quite finding the right home in our current inventory.
