The Sedona AZ Luxury Homes for Sale are finally showing a glimmer of life. Like the lower priced homes these seller's have had to readjust their thinking to the reality of today's market. And we are finally seeing some life in that sector with the return of high-end buyer's in search of luxury homes as well as lots. The median sold price per square foot for a luxury property (which is over $1 Million) is now at $287 per square foot. Compare that with the 2006 price of $336 a foot and you can see how much the luxury homes have dropped. We have sold more luxury homes this year than last year and that sector hasn't been hit with the foreclosures like the lower priced Sedona AZ Homes. All in all I expect 2011 to be a good year for the Sedona AZ luxury market homes.
