Sedona Home Prices VS. Village of Oak Creek Home Prices

Historically, if we look at the Sedona Real Estate Market, homes in West Sedona are historically valued 11% higher than Sedona's unincorporated area -  The Village of Oak Creek.  In 2013 - there was an 11% difference in the price of a Sedona Home for Sale vs. the Villlage of Oak Creek.  The same house would sell 11% LOWER in West Sedona than the Village, and that number is a averaging of the last 5 years.  So when you buy your Sedona Home - remember that you will be paying 11% more for West Sedona than the Village of Oak Creek.  For all your Real Estate  - text or call 928-301-0669 email me here, and always visit my website at www.barbarabaker.com
